Nanakat, you must have gotten mine - but I have to say, I didn't feel very good about it, and I think I owe you a better one, I was just worried it would be late. So, whether you like it or not I'm sending you a late one, but a better one.

My Goodness Lunachick. You do NOT need to do that.

You sent a lovely pinwheel star block in lovely colors. I adore it.
It is the same colors as a star quilt I'm currently working on and will be very happy to include it in the quilt.

Please don't take the exta time to make a replacement.

So glad you like it. I work the midnight shift at a VERY boring job. Boss said bring something to read or do. On the weekends we work a 12 hour shift each day. I like to use the time to work on my quilting but there is only so much you can do with out the machine. So I thought why not learn to sew them by hand? If Writer of word can teach a bunch of kids to do that surly this old dog could learn too. Your block was the first one I did by hand. So it meant a lot that you had a good comment about the hand sewing

Piecemaker- good idea! Maybe I'll bring some blocks I'm working on and hand sew them at my next treatment. Thanks for the idea, I don't know why I didn't think of that
