patches, I got my block today! love it, especially the hand embroidered stitches around all the edges!

Patches, I got mine today also. I can't believe you hand stitched all the applique. I have trouble with applique. It is so pretty and I love it. It reminds me of my grandma. She loved to do applique and would love this block. Thank you so much.

My husband came in a few minutes ago, to announce that I had gotten a letter from my Chinese boyfriend. I had NO idea what he was talking about and asked, "WHO????"

To which he replied, "You just got a letter from someone named GOLDENLUVER, so I figured it was your Chinese boyfriend." LOL He is such a kook.

GOLDEN, I absolutely love the block you sent me! It is so adorably cute! Thank you so much! I really like the border fabric, too, it looks so old fashioned.

good, you liked it. I tried to make it look like a framed picture. I should have put leaves on the stem though.

Golden.....my neighbor received her block today from you and she absolutely loved it. Also I am still working lil' by lil' on getting these embroideries done. You know planting season is in and the hubby keeps me busy with that
