It most certainly does! Love your flower photos! May I share my tulips that did well .. after...a snowstorm stomped them down? Ha, I knew they would bounce back up, they are pretty sturdy in the spring.

They had started blooming, then came some snow.



Then came the sun. :)


These yellow ones opened up to be huge!

Beautiful,Tulips are my favorite.
 
Go for it! Will be planting flowers this month, when the weather clears up for a while. Pretty wet out there..and oh what a blessing that is!
