very difficult to say the least

, my grandfather went back to speaking Latvian, nobody could understand most of what he said, my mom picked up bits and pieces and even tried to learn more so she could make it easier
his best days were when i was able to bring my daughter over, his face always lit up, i think he thought she was my mom, it was priceless
