When my soon to be 18 year granddaughter was 3 they lived at West Point. My daughter and I were on the phone and GD wanted to come see me. Mom told her it was "far away here in Ohio" and she said the mailman could take her. My daughter trying to dissuade he,r explained she'd have to go in a box and she wouldn't have any food or water or even a potty. She thought a minute and said "I can take a snack and my sippee and can sit on my potty chair if you get me a big box!" I could hear her on the phone and was
