How do you get more Shannon?

You get so many in a day, not sure how many. They starts over each day, for me it is never enough. I loose most of mine on this thread.

Do they roll over or do you lose them?
One day everything hit me as requiring an ovation. Every thread I went to I was handing them out right and left.
I thought I would run out but I did not.
If I can bank them up, then I can really toss them around like flower petals at a wedding.
