Quotes and Thoughts for the Day

I'd say yes but that's something you need to ask your DH.

Who do you think creates most of them? Oh, I get it...he probably makes dirty dishes for me to clean as a token of his affection, LOL!

Actually, I'm lucky...he's an awesome cook.

I knew that was one of those trick questions. Lol. I do all the weekend and holiday cooking and the DW takes care of it during the week. :)

I have missed so much! So sorry! I've been working at my daughter's stripping wallpaper again. Have popped on BYC a couple threads but missed this one. Finally done stripping now I have to clean and patch, but not until next week. Then paint.

Yesterday was warm and I emptied the coop bedding. I do deep litter on a cement floor. But I am seriously reconsidering. I found 6 itsy bitsy baby mice, their eyes were not even opened.

Dispatched those pretty quickly. But then 4 more medium ones came out a little further in and then a big one!

I will have to reconfigure the coop set up to change to a poop board, but it will be worth it. I have never had more than 1 or 2 mice in there and they've been easily taken care of. These guys were towards the bottom of the litter directly under the roosts. How they handled that much ammonia down in there for their little bodies is beyond me! Ewwwwww!

Now the Good news ... I've got a new Chick hatched this morning. My first one ever!
