Hi Debby good morning! Small seed like tomatoes and peppers I start in a little greenhouse type tray and bigger seed like corn I put directly into the ground also. But they have little planters that you can get at tractor supply that you push by hand. It digs the hole puts seed down then covers it up. Holds different size seed and you can set it to different depth. I was just wondering if you use one I'm thinking of getting one. Makes it a little easier on the back.
