Wow I just read through 118 posts and man what an awesome bunch of quotes, laughs and support to each other. Add me to the bullied list, most my life in fact, being small (4 9 1/2) I was bullied in high school. Although back then most freshman did go through some sort of freshman initiation or hazing. Anyway, it continued into my intimate relationships with men that were not good for me and I didn't have enough self-pride or dignity to walk away. It became extremely difficult to break free after you have been made to feel insignificant, powerless, stripped of your self worth and self confidence and also fearing for your life. At some point you have to respect yourself more than others and to stand up for yourself and state that nobody gets to treat, talk, touch or manipulate you anymore. Something changes, sure often times it takes an abused person 7 times to leave before they truly leave. I was a lucky one in that I was able to walk away the first time, but repeated that same mistake about 3 years ago. It's so important like someone else said, I come from a generation of people pleasers, who don't talk about how they really feel. Most important things to teach anyone is to not give away their personal power to anyone. Speak your truth and trust that gut instinct, that is your authentic self telling you what feels right and what feels wrong. We are often so consumed with minor things, like what so and so said what at lunch, to pay attention to that inner voice. That is what life is all about, finding out that only you can be the guide to your own happiness.

I need A standing ovations smiley for this post, and many others today. :)

Good morning everyone!

And here's one for those a bit slower to get up in the morning:
