Thanks guys
I went through some old quotes I had stored I found one that suits me at the moment:
"Reprogram yourself every minute of each day with thoughts that make you grow. When you’re feeling irritated or confused, try to laugh at yourself. Laugh out loud at this woman tormented by doubts and anxieties, convinced that her problems are the most important thing in the world. Laugh at the sheer absurdity of the situation."
~ Paolo Coelho
There were honestly times over the last few days that I just burst out laughing and the most inappropriate moments.... Like when our tenants finally told us the truth about their house buying plans. My husband is convinced I'm crazy, but I said to him, it's laugh or cry? Neither's going to change anything. I found laughing at stressful situations and overwhelming times does take the sting out of things and make the mountains a bit more manageable… Makes you feel better too.
