I use any soap, but also use a fingernail brush. Get into the nails pretty good, and also gets into the skin cracks. If no one knows what skin cracks are on the hands, then you aren't an old layd, old man.

Thanks for the tip. Must have something to do with the oil and the citrus. We don't very often have grapefruit around but we have our grapefruit tree! Guess I'll have to do the best I can until it's old enough to bear fruit. Thanks Jan!
