Quotes and Thoughts for the Day

Thank you, Ken. The e-cig really helps with the difficult times, though it took some getting used to.

I know what you are saying, I was a 2 pack a day smoker. I started at 24mg on the e-cig and am now at 12 mg. it takes a little getting used to but I know I can eventually beat this and put the e-cig down for good too. I feel most of the addiction is just mental now.

I have to disagree.  Stopping with help, works for many.   Just saying.   :)     I know a few that have quit using those things.

I am on day 138 using E-Cig and using it less and less everyday.

I think that there is more than one way to solve a problem. In the mater of quit smoking, I saw more people that quit smoking successfully when stopped abruptly and fast, than people trying to gradually reduce the number of cigarettes or who have used electronic cigarettes or nicotine patches! My father rest in peace, stopped smoking after 40 years, all at once, without regret or using no help. Anyway I wish you much success Sumy overcoming this bad and harmful addiction! If you feel the urge to eat try some hard veggie like Celery, fennel, kohlrabi, carrots, cauliflower, etc. with some salt and Lemmon the are wonderful!

Dear God, I’ve been running and I’m tired. I’m tempted to give up and quit trying, but I want to run my race well and live my life well for You. Help me to fight to the finish on this leg of my journey. Help me to renew my focus, hold my ground and dig deep. I want to run my race in a way that pleases You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
TRUTH FOR TODAY:
2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (NIV
