I wanted ask for some prayers. We are getting hit with Typhoon Songda right now and through the next couple days. We are getting a tornado warning just south of us too. The power will probably be going out soon so if I'm gone for a while, that's why. Just pray for safety for everyone in the Pacific Northwest.

Didn't see this until this morning! Praying you "weather the storm" and are all okay!

I always picture you in Florida when I see you on here. I used to live in Florida...man, are you in for a nice winter surprise! Get a few quilts, not just one. And yes, a lot dryer air there. I wouldn't be able to stand the humidity in Florida now..no way.
Anyway, we are now neighbors. We get a good cold winter here too. Can't wait to see photos of your first heavy snow fall.

Very pretty, I really don't mind the snow. Where we are, we get wind. Wind from the canyon we live down from. Not that gives you a chill! When it isn't breezy, it isn't bad. Love the wind in the summer though!
