My grandmother's sister was a redhead. My mom's brother had a red haired daughter., her brother had a red headed son. So it's there but doesn't pop up very often. My son never had the freckles. The other's I mentioned had plenty.

I used to breed & show Cockers. Took my son with as a spectator in a stroller and the dog folks said "Of course he has red hair, like your dogs." Probably meant as a insult but, I didn't care.

That was just rude but oh well I'm sure your Son was adorable and she was jealous...

I get cold feet too in winter. I use a microwave heat pad. Husband's feet are just as cold these days.

That's why I have more than 90 chickens. I like potato chips. Makes perfect sense to me.
