Front right here... and I am right handed. Front left is second place. Left rear is in third place. Mostly used when cooking things at low flame for long time. Rear right does not get much mileage at all. It is a small burner,,

I think it all depends on which is the more "powerful" burner. My right front is supposed to give out more gas, therefore a bigger flame, than the front left. I believe it does, water boils faster on the front right burner. But I did get a new(to me) wood burning cook stove with six burners. I can't wait to use it when we go off grid(years from now I'm sure). But in a wood burning stove, the whole top is a burner!
