Eastern us, I don't like having my location on the internet for privacy reasons

Average summer temps are 90+ with temps around 100 being common and it's extremely humid. I can survive the heat but I am NOT happy about it. I'll take snow and freezing temps over a hot summer day any day of the week. I am happy as a clam during a cold wave and will complain every chance I get about summer. Only part about summer I like is all the rain although said rain would be better on a cold day....

I have acrophobia so mountains are a no go

If you don't like hot then our summer might not go down well. Several 3 or 4 day bouts of over 40C in a row.
But I still prefer summer to winter (which we are ((enjoying??) now.
16C at 3.17PM too cold for me - mind we have a high wind chill factor going.
