When I got to work today my boss asked me if I was ready for my big day today. Confused (as nothing in particular was going on today) I asked him what he meant. He said every day is an opportunity to make a difference and be somebody's hero. Thinking on how today went, he was right, in addition to my numbers for today being pretty good, I managed to help a customer save a good amount of money today and my neighbor (who had a stroke back in march) thanked me for feeding her dogs these past few months
