has anyone re-calibrated their incubator, mine is running cooler than the factory setting, how do you get it to re-calibrate itself.

just getting the printer to work, so i can keep it for future reference.
i will have to have a go and see if i can calibrate it.

I have the booklet but no calibration instructions (I have just got a 20max) but found these online

To recalibrate the rcom 20.
Press the + and - on the humidity until ca appears then the digits will
flash
Using the + or - adjust the display to what your hygrometers read then
press set.
Leave for 1 hour then do it again to fine tune.

To recalibrate the 20 pro press set up
You will see tempo cal and humidity cal appear on the screen.
Press the up button to move onto humidity cal then press and hold the
enter button.
You will see a warning come up keep your finger on the button.
The humidity setting screen will appear then
Using the up or down button change the setting to what the hygrometer
inside the incubator is reading.
Then press enter.
Leave for 1 hour then do again to fine tune

out of interest would a digital medical thermometer be accurate enogh to check temp?

all done and re calibrated for next year. would love to hatch some more araucana but they will be 4 weeks difference from these and i am worried they might get picked on when they are all put together.

i set it back to the factory setting, i work for an engineering company that have a lot of calibrate equipment and they let me borrow there's. so it all looks good now. :thumbsup
