R-Com Sensor issue - how or where to fix

One of my R-Com incubators sensor is off, the humidity reads wrong and my water light blinks all the time even when there is water in it. I've tried contacting the company w/ no response. It's the first model they released. I can still hatch eggs in it but reads wrong, and I know I could get a better hatch if the sensor was fixed. Anyone have any suggestions? or have had the same thing happen? I am willing to fix it myself but have no clue on parts or how.

It's a common problem with R-COMs. Try contacting Lyons, they have the service contract for them now.
