For the past two years I've had my Bunny and 6 chickens living together. The never like weather too much but got along. All of the sudden two of the chickens started to peck my rabbit. One time they tore a really small bit of fur out of her. Usually she'll run away, but sometimes she'll just sit frozen. I don't know what to do, I'm really worried about her. Should I wait for the chicken moodiness to stop or remove my Bunny?

I would separate the bunny. Do you have a cage for him?

Yep separate your bunny. Bunnies and chickens don't get along well too long for one good reason chickens sleep at night bunnies don't. This 9 times out of 10 will make one side or the other get weird. Not to get too gross but do you know what bunnies do at night? They eat their poop, and chew on stuff. I think that's why it's usually the chickens that snap.:)
