I already have a doe holland lop and soon hope to get a buck to breed we will youse for the rabbits for meat is there any basic info i need to no about breeding or mis. also is there some one in wis near manitowoc that is willing to sell a buck cheap

ive never heard of using hollands for meat, there sooo small!

Echo the other posters. Your much better off getting a commercial breed like New Zealands, Californians, Satins, Standard Rex, etc. But..that doesn't mean you can't use a Holland Lop for meat.

Ditto- any reason why you chose Hollands? It will not pay off in a feed to meat ratio. You simply will not end up with much meat off a Holland.
