"Local" being the operative word here also. @Athena2344 You show you are located in the San Antonia area of Texas, which has its own ordinance on the selling age of a rabbit.

If you do not live and/or conduct the sale within the city limits, this ordinance may not pertain to you. If it does, there does not seem to be anything in the ordinance to keep you from advertising that the rabbits will be ready on a particular date when they turn 8 weeks and it also does not mention deposits before hand, however you might want to ask for an legal opinion on these points.

In texas, i believe they have to be 6 weeks old, but thank you for saying that, i'll definitely check now
