NP, more specifically the cat box if indoor/outdoor might have the types of worms that rabbits and humans can get...

If indoor only (cat) it (the rabbit) just might track litter and whats IN the litter all over the house...

there indoor cats mostly and they get all there shots the room that the litter box is in has flooring so nothing will spread all over the house

The biggest issue is that rabbits tend to eat everything, and any clay litter can cause a massive, fatal intestinal blockage in a rabbit. Your bunny should have zero access to the cat's litter.

I second the previous poster. Rabbits are also especially prone to respiratory disease, and the dust in clay kitty litter is atrocious. Switch your cat to compressed paper litter and give the rabbit its own litter box lined with timothy hay. BONUS: soiled timothy hay + rabbit poop = fantastic compost fodder!

Oooh didn't remember that litter is like that, we switched when we got rats for the same reason- we use a store brand of "yesterdays news" for the cats and rats and rabbits.

Pine is bad too remember pine (oil) is bad for breathing in cats and rabbits (and rats)
