rabbit sneezing A LOT

I have had my rabbit basil for over a year now and he has pretty much been sneezing since I got him. He has also always looked kind of sickly but other than that he eats well and has energy. His brother clover is healthy. I’m worried he can’t breath and he has stopped licking my hand when i put it near him which he used to do a lot. he has nasal discharge and he has gone into a sneezing fit twice since i’ve started writing this. I have taken him to the vet twice and they gave him some medicine to take for ten days and he seemed to get better for a bit but then he started sneezing again. is there anything i can do to at least help him breathe better at home? i have held him over steam a few times and it used to work but now it doesnt. I also want to mention that his teeth are a lot longer than his brothers and i wonder if that means he isn’t chewing things because he needs to breathe out of his mouth? please help!

This probably won't help much. If he was my rabbit I would trim his teeth. If they are too long it will make it difficult to eat.
