What is it? Do not even know how to spell komocha?????
It's fermented tea, it gets all bubbly and tangy, and is full of health benefits. Traditional is made with black tea and sugar, you can find it at the grocery store most places now.
I use green tea and raw honey (technically "Jun tea") because it has greater health benefits and the raw honey actually makes it harder to fail! It is how i first got hubby off of soda actually.

The digestive and probiotic benefits of kombucha are great, permanent digestive problems and normal stomach bugs both are helped. I addition we find that it quickly knocks out a sore throat and helps get over sinus infections very fast. Anyone looking into healthier living and less medical reliance i would strongly recommend getting into kombucha! Now that my commercial is done.... anyone ever tried home brewing mead?
