I have one rabbit and I have been having trouble finding foods he will eat. He loves bananas, lettece, and certain grass. He does not like celery. Do you have other suggestions. How can I keep him clean, can you bathe him? How can you tell male from female?

I am going to assume this is a pet rabbit.
Do not bathe your rabbit unless your rabbit has something wrong from neglect like fly strike or poop matted onto his fur that will not come off dry. Rabbits, like cats, hate baths and clean themselves with their tongues so unless you have a strong reason to, your rabbit should never need a bath. The stress can be extremely traumatic for them. The only grooming you should need to do in a clean environment is occasional brushing and toe nail trimming.

Rabbits should be on pellets and hay for their bulk of their diet. There's LOTS of rabbit-safe plants but the trick is to integrate them slowly and feed only occasionally. Dandelions, spinach, arugula, parsley, clovers, plantain (plantago major), apples, apple wood, roses and rose branches, etc. are all rabbit safe plants and good to feed in moderation. I suggest googling a few lists online and go from there.Feed one at a time until you know they sit well with your rabbit, and only feed a small amount each day. Good hay should be the bulk of their diet.

To find out what gender they are you can flip them over and look at their parts. If the rabbit is over 6 months, it should be very obvious as on males there are testicles on either side of their genitals. Otherwise they fold their genitals inside themselves and they must be gently exposed to reveal their privates. This isn't difficult. Simply flip the rabbit over carefully and using two fingers (one on either side) gently press and part them to pull open the genital opening.
Also on adukts, it's normally easy to notice the penis extending dramatically on males and does having a vulva. On younger rabbits it's more difficult to do as they look similar, but bucks have a round small opening that is light in color, does have a Y shaped opening and it only sticks up at one end. The way I learned it is that bucks are donuts, does are tacos. XD
