Rabbits?

HI,

Is this the best place to ask about rabbits here? Did Nifty ever setup a separate place for Rabbits?

I have a Rex Castor buck that I was thinking about breading to a Californian doe.

Is this a good idea for meat rabbits or should I stick with one bread?

both are a meat/utility rabbit and can be crossed with good meat results.

Depends on what type of rex you have. Is it a mini rex or a standard? Mini rex won't get you good meat rabbits. A standard will.
