Hi BYC,

I'm new to the chicken world, but am having a wonderful time with them. My husband does most the work, which he enjoys. He was raised with them. Me, I'm from the city, now on some land...

Anyhow, my question is about pesky rabbits!

I have too many of them coming up from the canyon into my flowers! Anyone know a really good way to keep them away! I don't want to harm them, just keep them away from my garden and lawns. Fencing is not an option. Too much.

Ive tried Rabbit Scram. They seem to be immune now. I am thinking of one of those water hose motion squirters. But don't want to spend money on more gizmos.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Erin

I would try coyote or bobcat urine. Those are natural predators and the smell should deter the rabbits. I can't guarantee that it will work but it sure would be worth a shot.
