Raccoon attack wound

2 of my 4 young chickens were attacked last night. The coop door didn't shut and the 4 stayed in the run instead of going in with the older hens. I found 1 dead with no head or neck (found head in the yard) the other chicken survived yet I believe I'm going to have to cull it unless there is a reasonable treatment to save her. She has a deep gash, and her wing is broken and protruding. I don't want her to suffer. I have separated her from the flock. Thank you for any advice you can offer.
I have been raising chickens for over 10 yrs, I have had coon and hawk attacks before yet never had a chicken survive one.

Okay, is she eating/drinking? If so, treat for shock with sugar water and electrolytes.

Keep her in a quiet, dark place. Are you able to disinfect the wing with Vetericyn?
