Guinea fowl walking head close to body

Hello,
One of our guinea fowls is walking with her head close to her body. Otherwise she seems just fine - she is eating and drinking normally. However, it seems that she could have a deadly disease (https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/guinea-fowl-dying.961802/).
So what kind of disease could it be? Is it contagious to chickens? Could there be another reason why she is walking like this?
Thank you (English is not my first language)
I realize this is an old post from 2019 but your post showed up in my Google search for my guinea hen doing this same thing in Western Oklahoma. We've had record high temps and record low temps well below freezing in the same week along with extreme winds. Typical in spring here in Oklahoma.
Did your guinea hen recover? If so did you treat her with any meds? If you have advice, please let me know.
Thank you from Oklahoma, USA!
