Being in front of Splash at the time, Roo crushed Splash in the chest with a kick of his hind-hooves while taking a blow from August. He roared again, repeating the process of rearing, and took a good hold of his opponent's shoulders once he had his teeth in his neck.

Roo fell with him, the side of his neck still in his mouth. He landed on top of the other horse, pressing into him with his weight, and bit into him even harder.
