Julie ran her hand gently up and down Baby's leg, checking for a fracture.

Splash knelt beside Baby. "It's ok" he told her softly.

Julie noticed that the knee was already bent and nodded. "You're gonna have to get around on 3 legs for a while" she said, petting her as she splinted and wrapped her leg. She wrapped it with her knee bent so that she wouldn't be tempted to try and use her leg.
