Racoon out in daylight @ 9:45 am ?

I let the broody duck out this morning & when I went to check on her there was a racoon standing about 10 feet away from her. This happened about 9:45 am. I screamed really loud & the coon took off he didnt appear sick-he was a fat one. Probably the same coon that ate my silkies.

They will hunt when they are hungry - day or night. Be on guard, as you know it will return.

I have had coons that late or later hunting for food and water. We had one at anout 9:15 in our cats food. That night we found its baby so you may have more than one around. Just keep an eye out

I never seen them there, didn't see any at gander mountian either .. you can order them online, i think there are 2 different kinds.

Yeah just got back from Gander MT no traps off to buy them online
