Radiant heat versus heat lamp in brooder

Question for those of you using the ecoglow...are you able to adjust the heat on them? I'm just not sure how to gradually transition the chicks from having a heat source to no heat source when they move to the coop if you can't adjust the ecoglow.

Nope, you raise it up as the chicks get bigger. In my experience, as they get fully feathered out, they tend not to sleep under it anyways, so I just take it out of the grow-out box when they don't need it anymore.
