EVERY TIME it rains my silkies don't go into their barn. Now the question is... do they like the rain, are they being bullied and not let in the barn by the chickens or are they 'special'

Mine get wet too. Silly birds!

If you look into their down, it's dry next to their skin. They just look raggedy when wet. I have plenty of dry shelters scattered about. They just choose not to use them. Leave them to it!

My Silkies enjoy the rain. They may all look like wet rats, but they enjoy it 😂
They kinda smell like them when they're wet, too.

The only time I care is if it's a reallllly cold night and they're still wet at bedtime. I've blow dried those suckers twice now because they are too silly to go in the run when it rains.
