Rain

Can my fully feathered chicks go out if it's gonna rain as long as they have a way to get back in if they want, or will it still hurt them to get wet?

If they are fully feathered it will not hurt them to get wet. Mine usually go out in a rain as long as the wind is not blowing too hard. The rain causes redworms to come tot he surface. My chickens enjoy the treats.

My chicks are almost 8 weeks old. They will go out in light rain but if it gets heavy, they run for cover.
