Rainy wet food

If it gets wet make sure you only put out small amounts. I feed twice a day. I have some food inside the coop and some outside. honestly mine love it when the outside bowl gets wet. I never put out so much though that it lasts long enough to get moldy.

Everyone on the West Coast has been getting drenched for the past few days. My girls are rain-crazy and have been kicking hay everywhere!!

I started all my chicks out on a crumble mash, and I still mix their laying pellets, cracked corn and grit together every morning into a mash. I think the ducks especially like that it starts out wet. Less trips to the watering bowl!
