I got my mandarins and woods and I will get pictures up soon... They seem pretty spooked from the whole trip... how long until they settle down a little bit? Will they ever get use to me being around and not always looking to get as far away from me as possible? On your video they seem pretty comfortable with you being there.

Also, are there any treats that mandarin ducks like that I could give them to make them happy at all?

I've read that wood ducks tend to be more flighty than mandarins. I'd say give it some time, they should calm down as they get used to their surroundings and you.

They are alright I guess... right now I have built a small chicken coop, but my chickens are too young to go in it yet so they are inside... my mandarins and woods are in the chicken coop while I build their pen.... They seem to be eating and drinking but I can't see them unless I go in the pen and then they are just trying to get as far away from me as possible so I haven't seen them when they are just hanging out... that will change once I have there open pen completed. I need to get pictures up as well.

I thought it would be nice to get a pair of call ducks as well to try and calm the others alittle bit... I need to find someone selling!

Let us see some pictures of your mandarin pen once you have it built
