Raising 8 Rhode Island Reds - eek!

We bought 8 adorable little girls in late March and it has been so interesting to watch them grow! Any day now there will be an egg and I'm very excited.

They have been but I didn't realize the significance of that until I joined BYC and started reading. And today, WE HAVE OUR FIRST EGG!!!!!! Yes, maybe I am a bit excited.

Congrats on your first Egg Cheryl I also have RIR but no eggs yet and we also got ours the 2nd of April.
