Raising baby chicks

I have chickens, but they dont go broody, i am buying new chicks soon, do i need to have them inside with a heat lamp etc like with the first chickens or can i put them out with the other hens and they will take care of them?

Inside for a few weeks with a lamp, then out in the coop but seperate from the hens for a few weeks, then hope that the hems don't kill them.

You will need to brood them yourself, whether it's done inside or outside. Then they need to be integrated in with the adults over a couple of weeks so the adults gradually get used to them and accept them, otherwise they're seen as intruders and are more likely to be attacked.
