What will you be starting with this time?

Still like my brown egg layers; Rhode island reds, australopes, Orpingtons and maybe a couple of sultans or silkies for decoration lol. I think the sultans and silkies are so cute. I’m thinking about meat chickens but the whole processing of chickens seems difficult. On the fence about that.
