Raising chickens except we have literally nothing pls give some advices

So me and my roommate have decided to buy some eggs and raise them. We put them in an incubator and went our ways. Fast forward a month later and the eggs were still not hatched, we were going to buy chicken stuff to raise them but we're both convinced that they're dead, but didn't wanna break them just in case. And I guess we're right, cause literally two days later we came back to see a chick flopping around in the incubator. We barely slept that night trying to buy stuff for the chick while doing all kinds of research. But still, we have nothing and don't know what to do. Pls give us some advice

You need chick starter feed, a box for a brooder, a heat bulb like one for lizards. A shallow water dish. Brooder needs to be 90 degrees F ( 32c).
Your incubator must have been running extremely low since chicken eggs are supposed to hatch in 21 days. Do you a proper outdoor area for when when it's supposed to go outside?
