Raising chickens

Hi everyone! My family is growing with chickens. I just started hatching fertile eggs. The picture below is of my first group I hatched with a broody hen. She turned out to be a great momma. This is my group of silkies with one polish. I'm trying to spot my potential roos of the group. Any thoughts?

I figured it was. The stance of the one silkie is what made me curious on thoughts of those that may have more experience with silkies. I have 11 other chickens that hatched this past weekend. I'm addicted
