Raising chicks

One of my hens hatched 4 chicks about 3 weeks ago. I have eggs due to hatch in the incubator tomorrow. My question is,,,,,if I put the chicks with that hen and her babies will she care for the incubator chicks? Or do I put the incubator chicks in the brooder?

I would suggest putting the new chicks in the brooder as the hen might attack them or not care for them, plus (in my opinion) the age group is a bit too far apart. Good luck with your chicks!

2) You may want to repost this in the Raising Baby Chicks forum.
3) It's possible to get the hen to adopt the chicks, but with the age difference this may not work. So I would put the chicks in the brooder.
