Raising Cochin

Does anyone know if letting cochin roost will lead to a breast bone development problem in these birds and then will prohibit them from being shown?

Hmm.... well not once they're full grown, but possibly when they are still kind of young? They aren't too different from other chickens so I wouldn't worry. On the other hand, I don't show chickens so I don't know.
