They are beautiful, I've never seen that color of Egyptian before.. You have nice place for them, I'd be a little worried about something reaching through the chain link and grabbing one or the other. and I hope you lock them up at night, way to many preds around her to leave my geese outside. They are lovely.

thank you yes i do lock them up and there are som many dogs running loose around here we don't have any issues with predetors most mornings i wake up to a possum in my driveway but not as many latey plus i have a light plastic netting around it that won't hold up well but will give them enough time to get away from the edge of the coop and if something should get in the boy can hold his own he took on my 60 pound black lab one time and won

funniest thing i've ever seen

Congrats on your lovely white eygptian's they are beautiful....
The feed is called Blue Seal Home fresh finish.
I am mixing half finish and half whole oats for now and the winter to keep protein down so no fat grows around the fertility organs.

thanks for telling me what they need now since these two weren't bonded before i got them is there anything weird to expect and will they even bond she had a mate but he died right before she stared laying last year (her first time) he has never been bonded will she refuse

You should send a message to DestinDuck here on BYC as he can give you years of info concerning the Egyptian geese. Hints, tips ect concerning their needs over the needs of a domestic goose.

Hi all got couple questions. I've ended up with some Gosling's/ducklings in last couple days as have either been abandoned or parents were killed. Unsure of breed but at the moment looking like they are Egyptian geese. Any idea on what to feed them I've got the duck/goose starter crumble at the moment in water as well as chopped up spinach.
