I see you have geese by your avatar photo, they will help your guinea also. Are they Embden? They are probably the most protective breed. I keep Embden and Chinese geese.

Goodness. yes they are a threat, guinea are pretty predator smart. I found them

Thank you, I learned something new! They make me think of some of our crocodile species. If you have an abundance visiting your yard, the guinea may be at risk.

What snake species do you have there. Am assuming you are somewhere around Australia from the predators you are mentioning. We dont have that large of snakes, but coyote are a threat for our goose breeds.

I would be concerned to do so unless you can control them 100%. Guinea do eat snakes, but for a large breed like a python, even a ball.. you need a lot of guinea. Their instinct will be to attack the snake. A large species will just grab them. I used to keep snakes, and I know how food aggressive they can be.
