Has anyone had problems with leg strength?

Hello Joanne, and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.

I've never raised them but would imagine they would benefit from controlled feeding to try to keep their growth rate as slow as possible to prevent leg issues due to their final size.

Hello! Welcome to BYC! We have four BJG`s. From a not so giant weight of 5.5 lbs to 8 lbs never any problems with legs!
