I would like to know what all you have to do in order to sale muscovy meat to the public. Can anyone tell me all the steps to be taken to make a farm a profitable one? What type of testing would have to be done on the muscovy? How would you go about getting buyers for the meat? I would love to at least make enough to pay for their feed. My dream is to have a large scale farm selling muscovy and maybe a couple other breeds of duck. Thanks for all advice!
