Raising my own crossbred hens

Does anyone out there have experience using either Partridge Rock Rooster or Brown Leghorn rooster over assorted hens for egg laying? I have reds, rocks, delaware and australorp hens and would like some hybrid egg layers. Thanks

Not a tremendous amount of experience with cross breeds but Leghorns are much more prolific than Plymouth Rocks. So if you are just going for egg layers, I'd go with the Leghorn.

My thought, too. But I'd prefer the heavier bodied birds so the roosters would be bigger for the table.
